Accessibility statement
datajoi wants everyone to be able to use datajoi.com and the datajoi platform, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which also covers the Revised Section 508 standards for U.S. federal procurement.
What we do
- Check text and interface contrast against the AA thresholds (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
- Provide a skip link and semantic landmarks on every page.
- Audit the site with Lighthouse and VIZEO and fix contrast, navigation, and labeling issues they find.
Known gaps
- Product screenshots and illustrative code panels on the homepage are decorative. Equivalent information is in the surrounding text and in our documentation.
- Third-party embeds, such as the Chrome Web Store listing, are outside our control and may not fully meet AA.
- The datajoi platform (platform.datajoi.com) has not yet had a full keyboard and screen-reader review.
Report a barrier
If something on our site or in the product is hard or impossible to use, email [email protected] with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to fix confirmed barriers, or offer a workaround, within 30 days.
Formal requests
Procurement teams can request a VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report at the same address.
