Every agent proposal, awaiting your decision.
The Inbox lists proposals in three states, Open, Deferred and Decided, with counts. Filter chips narrow Open by module (Ingest, Catalog, Quality, Transform, Knowledge).
Select a proposal to see who drafted it and when, its target, the agent's confidence, and the routing (why it needs review). The proposed change is shown as a diff with the file name; if approved lists what will happen.

Add an optional rationale; it is stored in the audit trail. When the Inbox is empty you see what was recently decided.
